Treat Toppers /How to make Spook Kabobs

Hello!!!

I am really excited to show you projects I have been working on for Halloween this year, oh yes I did it - I actually got ahead, (patting my own back)

First up I made lots of Treat Toppers, each one is unique in its own way using different diecuts, stamps, skittles and string, take a lookie!!!

Here is a sneak angle peak at some of the treats I made including a card using my own digital that will be released in October... I guess I am ruining the guessing game you all have with Lisa , I never thought about that! I am sure Lisa will come up with something else seeing how creative she is, you will get a chance to win it for sure.

I have many more treat bags made since this photo so there will be lots for the little gaphers at my door and also I have enough for Michael's class!!

Spook Kabobs
I think this is my own invention for I have never seen these done before and I came up with the name, do you like the name!!

How I made these:

I used skewer sticks and wraped orange and green twine around each one
I then used my glue gun to adhere the wrapped candy to the stick, I put glue on the stick first and attached the candy where the plastic overlaps...I also cut off the sharp ends of each skewer and wrapped twine around the top for safety purposes, needless to say I will only be giving these to children I know won't start a stick sword fight, hehe

For all the left over candy I used a cheese ball bucket, I covered in paper and stamped spooky eyes , spiders and witch hats , voila!!!  all set for Halloween!!!

Have a terrific day!!!!!
